Please read these terms of use carefully before using the TA100 website (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Access to and Modification of the Website

such suspension or restriction. We shall not be liable for any damage or

Licence for access to the Website

with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for HQ RF) grants you a limited revocable non-exclusive
and non-transferable licence to access and make personal use of the Website, provided that you do not (and do not allow
any third party to) download (other than page caching) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse
assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sub licence, grant a security interest in or
otherwise transfer any right in the Website, subject to any applicable law.
This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the Website or its contents; any collection
and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Website or its contents; any downloading

of the Website as long as the link does not portray the Website, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false,
misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any
Staging House / TA100 / MOD logos or other proprietary graphics or trademarks as part of the link without the express
written consent of The Staging House Ltd.
If you wish to use the Website for commercial use you must contact us and pay such charges as we may
levy from time to time.
Your conduct
You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access
to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You understand that you, and not The Staging House Ltd on behalf of HQ
Regional Forces (HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for
HQ RF), are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your
computer to us and you must use the Website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the Website for any of the following:
- For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
- To send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory,

and International copyright and database right laws.

with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for HQ RF), in the European Union and/or other jurisdictions. TA100 graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names
are the trademarks or trade dress of The Staging House Ltd on behalf of HQ Regional Forces
(HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for HQ RF). TA100 trademarks, designs and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service
that is not The Staging House Ltd or HQ Regional Forces (HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces
& Cadets Associations (acting as agents for HQ RF), in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers,
or in any manner that disparages or discredits The Staging House Ltd, HQ Regional Forces (HQ
RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for HQ RF) or their component
parts. All other trademarks not owned by The Staging House Ltd or HQ Regional Forces (HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as
agents for HQ RF) that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners,
who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by The Staging House Ltd or HQ
Regional Forces (HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as agents for
HQ RF).
You may not use any MOD logos, proprietary graphics or trademarks without the express written consent of the Ministry
of Defence.
Minors
The Website does not sell products for purchase by minors. If
you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Waiver
If you breach these terms and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies
in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to the Website are governed by the laws of
England and Wales and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live
in Scotland or Northern Ireland in which case the relevant law will apply and you can choose to take action against us
in your local courts.
Alterations
The Staging House on behalf of HQ Regional Forces (HQ RF) in conjunction with Council of Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (acting as
agents for HQ RF) may, at any time and without prior notice, remove or cease supplying any product
or service listed/provided on this Website. If such removal takes place
