Delivery Details

The TA100 shopping website is fulfilled by The Staging House Ltd, this name will appear on your credit card statement.

If you pay by credit card all items which are to be charged will be debited at the time of transaction. If payment is made by cheque, please allow a minimum of 5 working days as cheques need to be cleared before we can process your order.

Your order will be dispatched within two working days unless otherwise stated. Overseas orders may take a little longer.
All items for exchange/refund must be returned in their original condition and where applicable in the original packaging. The Staging House Ltd reserves the right to withold any refund of part thereof where it is believed that these conditions have not been met. Please note that returns are sent at your own expense and we recommend using recorded delivery and keeping a proof of postage. If you cancel your order after we have put postage and packaging on and before we have despatched the item you will not be refunded for P&P, just the purchased item.

Overseas Orders (including Channel Islands & Republic of Ireland) in most cases, we will gladly send your order to an overseas destination. Please note that some items are for UK posting ONLY and cannot be shipped abroad unless special arrangements are made.
